Master Jeweler Interview
The Ask:
Speak to our brand pillar about exceptional craftsmanship and expand on our tagline, “Your Friend & Jeweler” with a blog post that shows the personalized experience you get from shopping with Shane Co.
The Process:
I interviewed Robert, an expert jeweler at one of our brick-and-mortar locations to learn more about his years of experience crafting fine jewelry.
I took photos of Robert to go along with the copy and show that we offer a friendly, warm shopping experience.
The content team leveraged photos and copy to share in email and social media stories.

The Process:
Our technical SEO agency partner shared recommendations for which pages to update based on search potential.

The Copy Director and eCommerce Marketing Manager reviewed content to ensure brand alignment and content optimization.

Same Day Delivery UX Copy
The Ask:
Test new “Same Day Delivery” shipping option in our Denver markets before expanding across the country. Write clear, informational copy that helps guide a customer throughout their shopping and ordering process.
The Process:
I worked with the UX Designer in Figma to pinpoint delivery touchpoints and write clear, concise copy that worked within the design parameters.
I worked with the Copy Director to ensure all copy was consistent and on-brand (“How It Works” section includes collaboration with another copywriter).
The UX Manager approved the process and implemented this market test across the site.
The Work:
CARROLL
The Ask:
Use marketing campaign “Together We Live” across social media channels to source content and create engaging posts. This was a campaign for ARIUM, the apartment brand owned by CARROLL.
The Process:
Brainstorm ways to incorporate “Together We Live” with marketing team. I came up with the idea to use murals throughout our properties as a background for unified photos from our residents at properties across the country.
Our marketing team and graphic designer designed banners to go on each property and sourced a mural artist for one property to get video content. I helped with coordinating and getting behind-the-scenes content.
As marketing specialist and social media manager, I posted content and gathered user generated content relating to the banners and Together We Live campaign.
